I think I might have chronic depression. It happens to me a lot, and usually around this time of year, up until February or March. The past few days I just get back from school and lay in bed doing nothing, absolutely nothing. I start to hate life, hate myself, and just don't want to live anymore. I don't know, I've never had a test for chronic depression, but I think I might need one becasue this is horrible. Sometimes I get these lapses when I actually get out of bed and do something. Any thoughts guys? Any help? |

i have couple solutions Czech 1) listen to this song -[link]- 2) just go and talk to a family member about anything. like any food to eat at home? just bring up something to get you talking to your relatives and parents, or siblings? If you keep in mind that there are people who care about you then you will be happy, man... you have Czech pride? show it! Example, i have Armenian pride, i put 1 Armenian flag sticker on the rear window of my Nissan Altima coupe and another in front right corner of the windshield. |

Perhaps it's "Seasonal Affective Disorder?" Google it, check WebMD, etc. and try to help yourself.
